Eric Allen
Senior Minister
Eric has been married to the joy of his life, Joyce, since 1987. They are blessed to have two teenage sons, Nathanael, and Ryan.
Eric entered the ministry as a second career after enjoying 14 years in in the aircraft production industry in various roles including international consulting, writing, and teaching of advanced fighter aircraft. His ministry passion began to develop in the early 1990's when he began traveling part-time in contemporary Christian music. Since that time his passion for God's word & ministry continued to grow until he and Joyce accepted the challenge to leave the career God had blessed him with to enter full-time vocational ministry.
Eric and Joyce have continued to grow in their desire to care for those broken by life. Since coming to Bluff Creek in 2006, Eric has continued his calling to lead the church to move outside their own lives to care for those in need of Gods grace in ways that make a difference.

Michael McDonough
Minister of Children and Youth
Michael grew up in central Indiana (attended Center Grove Schools and graduated from Whiteland High School). He attended Ball State University for a few years, studying to be a math teacher and coach. God had different plans though. He ended up transferring to Cincinnati Christian University and graduated in 2004. "I have been blessed beyond what I ever expected with an amazing wife in Kelly. We have been married for just over three years. We were blessed with a wonderful little girl in June 2008 (Elizabeth Grace)."
"I am a big sports fan, a big movie watcher, and I like to occasionally swing a club and try to hit a little ball into a little hole (some people call it golf, I call it stress relief). I love life and I never want to take for granted what God has given me."

Kathy Hagerman, Office Coordinator
Kathy retired from Eli Lilly and Company as a financial specialist in 2006. She and her husband, Don, who retired from Ford Motor Company, took time to travel and enjoy a much-needed break before pursuing part-time employment. They have four daughters, thirteen grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, golfing and fishing. She visited Bluff Creek Christian Church on the Sunday before Easter, 2009, read about the need for an office administrator, and felt that God was leading her to use her gifts in this way.
