Eric has been married to the joy of his life, Joyce, since 1987. They are blessed to have two teenage sons, Nathanael, and Ryan who are regularly involved in Bluff Creek worship ministry.

Eric and his family have been serving at Bluff Creek since 2006 after previously serving in Missori and Illinois. Eric entered the ministry after 14 years in the military aircraft industry in various roles including aircraft mechanic, international consulting, writing, and teaching. He began in ministry in the early 1990's traveling part-time in contemporary Christian music. His passion for God's word & ministry continued until entering full-time vocational ministry. Eric's desire is to lead the church and its people to care for those in need of God’s grace in ways that make a difference. Eric has completed degrees at Linn State Technical College and St. Louis Christian College, with graduate work at Cincinnati Christian Seminary. Eric enjoys spending time with his family, fishing with his sons, and woodworking.

Jeremy works with the youth ministry and worship ministry at Bluff Creek Christian Church. He's passionate about helping people encounter the love of Jesus pointing them to a life of worship. Jeremy is married to Raegan who is a high school business teacher. They have 4 children and have lived in the Center Grove community for 5 years. Jeremy is energized when he spends time with his family and enjoys handyman projects, woodworking, yard work, gardening and drinking coffee.

Stan has been with Bluff Creek Christian Church since 1991. He served as the Senior Minister until 2005 when he decided to continue serving with excellence in Teaching and Discipleship. Stan has a passion for God and has a true gift in caring for others. In line with that gift Stan is a champion of providing pastoral care to the BCCC families and the community.

Stan and his wife Shirley have raised five sons and enjoy several grandchildren.

Kathy retired from Eli Lilly and Company as a financial specialist in 2006. She and her husband, Don, who retired from Ford Motor Company, took time to travel and enjoy a much-needed break before pursuing part-time employment. They have four daughters, fifteen grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, golfing and fishing. She visited Bluff Creek Christian Church on the Sunday before Easter, 2009, read about the need for an office administrator, and felt that God was leading her to use her gifts in this way.

Sadie married her husband, Mike, in 1997 and graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2000 with a Commercial Art degree. After working nearly four years at a printing company she decided to stay home to raise her daughter and do free-lance work. They added to their family three years later when their son was born. Over five years ago they started to attend BCCC again and have watched their children grow and love God while attending here. In 2012 she started working in the office as an office assistant.
